We had a memorable Women's Day Lunch at Antara. The picturesque surroundings were a treat to the eyes. The food was scrumptious topped with ace hospitality by Mr.Ranjeet and Ganesh. They both made our day more special ❤️.

Shifted my grandmother directly from icu and i must say that the facility is the ideal place for step down icu patients due to the following reasons :-

1. Ambient Spaces : The facilities is clean and ambience as shown in their portfolio pictures, gives out a nice vibe.
2. Homely Feel : There is no restriction on how much time the family members can stay with the patient and one/two attendants can always be with the patient.
3. Trained & Empathetic staff : The staff is very well trained to even deal critical ICU cases and they are not at all rude, willing to explain and work Empathetically with the patient and family.
4. Doctor Consultation: High quality doctor consultation and close monitoring is also provided
5. Physiotherapy: Good physiotherapy sessions , specialized equipment also available with a reasonable price
6. Medical Equipment: They also provide whatever medical equipment you might need for your stay and the staff is well trained to operate them.
7. Good Food quality : food is healthy and decent quality.
8. Overall Homely Feeling : The facility provides a homely feeling to the patient and family which can be pivotal in recovery and mental health of patient and the family

Nursing Staff: Old staff is very good (specially Jaswant, and Ashish). Their support has been phenomenal.
GDA: Very impressed with Sharda and Divya. They both take care of her as if she is their own mother.
Doctors: Very knowledgeable and takes lead whenever nedded. Dr Rohan has always given motivation to her and happy to see him joining all ICU calls with us and lead on suggestions and feedbacks.

I myself am living in this facility and I must say I'm very happy with the facility. Each and every staff is so cordial and always ready to help in every possible way, it feels like second home to us now.

I would suggest everyone who wants a care home for their senior ones this place as it provide utmost care and love to the senior ones and take care of them with love and compassion.

I'm Heartfully thanks to Dr Shivang who was therapist for my husband suffering from stroke and there was no movement in the right hand after availing the services in just 14 days his finger started working got the strength in his hand it's getting better day by day. The way he uses the technique was absolutely amazing friendly and calm I'm still continuing the services with Dr Shivang.

As my dad's caregiver, I needed a lightweight wheelchair that I could use with him anytime. After researching I connected with Antara. Dr Shivang. Thanks for the tremendous help in helping me recover from chronic pain.
Day 1- I had constant pain. On a scale of 10, I was at 6. I had better results from Day 1 itself. Pain had come down 4.
Day 2 - I was able to feel more energetic and no lingering pain post the session.
Day 3- I was able to move and bend without feeling the stretch in my back.
Day 4 - I had no feeling of constant pain in my back. I had better posture and was able to walk vigorously without feeling a stretch and starin in my legs and back.
Day 5- I felt more flexible and was able to bend and touch my toes with my fingers after a very long time. I have no pain now and have an excercise regime.
